1) Why order from Garden Xpress?

                -Maybe you don't have a car,

                -Maybe your car is too small,

2) If I pre-order a product when will it ship?

We offer pre-order on seasonal items to help you get ahead of seasonal décor. All of our products that have a pre-order option include estimated ship dates. We will reach out to you directly when your order is ready for shipment and again when it’s been delivered

Current Season Pre-order: We are currently taking pre-orders for Fall/Christmas live plants and décor. These products will ship starting November 2022. 

3) Do you deliver to my area?

Our delivery schedule is as follows:

Day of the week

Delivery Area

Wednesday

Milton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Dundas, Burlington, and surrounding areas

Thursday

Rockwood, Aberfoyle, Elora, Fergus, Morriston, Puslinch and surrounding areas

Friday

Guelph (Free delivery within the city with order over $120) and surrounding areas

If you live outside of our delivery zones we can still delivery directly to you. Special delivery rates will apply. Contact us today to arrange home delivery.

4) If I don't want delivery is there a pickup option?

Currently we do not offer a direct pickup option. However, we still want to help you. Please contact us and we can determine how we can help you get your order.

5) How do I complete a return or exchange and warranty?

6) What do I do if I receive something and it is damaged?

 Please inspect your live goods/order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photographs of the damaged product/plant.

7) Where do you get your live goods from?

Garden Xpress works with growers from Ontario and across Canada. We have 15 years’ experience sourcing the best quality plants and nursery stock so you know that you will be receiving a beautiful, healthy, quality product right to your front door.

8) Will the plants be fresh?

Yes, all live products are delivered within 2-3 days of receiving the product so it will always be fresh and look beautiful upon arrival at your door.

9) I’m looking for a product not listed on your page, do you do custom orders?

Yes, we can source unique plants and products to meet your needs. We are always looking for new products to offer. If you have a product request, contact us today.
